L'inscription aux journées thématiques est gratuite pour toutes et tous, mais obligatoire. 

Les inscriptions seront ouvertes du 19 mars au 05 mai 2026.

Pour vous inscrire, veuillez :

• vous créer un compte Sciencesconf si vous n'en avez pas déjà un
• anticiper si vous souhaitez participer au buffet et/ou au cocktail du jeudi 18 juin. Ces repas sont limités à 80 personnes. Votre participation sera prise en compte selon l'ordre d'inscription. Vous serez averti par mail avec la confirmation d'inscription si votre participation au buffet et/ou cocktail est validée. Nous vous contacterons en cas de désistement si la limite est atteinte. 

Le buffet/cocktail étant en service libre, le comité d'organisation ne prendra pas en compte les spécificités alimentaires éventuellement communiquées lors de l'inscription.

Registration for the thematic days is free for everyone but compulsory.

Registration will be open from March 19^th to May 5^th 2026. 

When registering, please :

• create a Sciencesconf account if you does not already have one.
• indicate whether you wish to attend to the buffet and/or to the cocktail on June 18^th. Attendance for these meals is limited to 80 people and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according the date of your registration for the thematic days. You will be notified by email if your request for the buffet or the cocktail can be accommodated. In the event that the limit is reached, we will contact you regarding a possible withdrawal from the meal list. 

Please note that as the buffet and the cocktail are self-service, the organising commitee cannot accommodate specific dietary requirements.

As the Sciencesconf platform does not support displaying both French and English text on the registration page, please be aware that the registration form is in French. The organising committee apologises for this inconvenience.
